Terms of Use for the Communion App

Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the Communion App (“Service”), provided by Communion LLC, a Tennessee-based company, users (“You” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not use the Service.

Modification of Terms Communion LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on http://about.communionapp.com/terms-of-service, and Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been posted will constitute Your agreement to the modified Terms and all of the changes.

Termination of Service The Service may be terminated by either party at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms will indicate Your acceptance of such changes.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Communion LLC be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service, including, but not limited to, damages resulting from third-party services, acts of God, user error, or cyber attacks. Communion LLC will employ due diligence to protect and secure user data, but will not be held liable in the event of a data breach.

Payment and Service Termination If the client church does not fulfill its payment obligations, Service will be terminated following the end of the paid service period. Communion LLC reserves the right to terminate the Service or remove a client for any reason, with a refund for any prepaid but unrendered services.

Use of Church Name, Image, and Likeness By using the Service, You grant Communion LLC the right to use the church’s name, image, and likeness in connection with the Service for marketing, promotional, and other business purposes without compensation.

User Conduct Users agree not to use the Service to:

  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Harm minors in any way.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity.

Intellectual Property All content provided on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Communion LLC or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Feedback Any feedback You provide regarding the Service shall be deemed non-confidential and Communion LLC shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Communion LLC and govern Your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between You and Communion LLC.
